I love seeing these round ups of favorites so I thought I would share some of mine too!

A few weeks ago I bought a large bottle of olive oil from Costco but when I brought it home I knew I didn’t want to leave that huge jug on my counter so I searched for a cute oil dispenser. I originally was looking for a simple glass one but fell in love with this Rachael Ray one and it makes me happy every time I use it! And it comes in a variety of colors.

Homemade bread! The house smells wonderful, and it tastes amazing! It’s funny that if the kids know I’m making bread we discuss what ‘design’ I should cut into the top before baking and they think its amazing when it comes out of the oven. I love sharing those memories with them!

Can you believe that it has taken me four kids to buy a baby monitor? Well, in all fairness we have lived many years in apartments/renting a smaller house so honestly it was unnecessary but now our house is *just* big enough that I need one. And now I can carry it outside with me and the bigger kids while Theo naps without having to run inside every few minutes to check on him! There are tons of options out there but I bought this one based on reviews and the ability to take it outside (distance wise).

Warmer weather means plants are growing and flowers are blooming! We picked up  hanging baskets at Lowe’s for under $10. The really do add curb appeal and they make me happy when I look out the window.

Happy Mother’s Day to me! I’ve been wanting a Vitamix for some time but like many people I was skeptical of spending so much money on it. … Totally worth it! We bought it at Costco (and on sale) but I linked the one we bought, which can make hot soup. We’ve made soup, salad dressing, and lots of smoothies! As much as we make smoothies it was well worth it, the Vitamix blends it up in under a minute whereas my old blender would sometimes take ten minutes and lots of scraping the sides and adding more liquid just to make it blend!
