Heat all ingredients execpt orzo up to a simmer. Add orzo, cooking according to directions (7-10 minutes). Taste test and adjust your preference: salt, pepper, and lemon flavor. Serve with crusty bread!
Notes
*Feel free to add more/less water depending on how "soupy" you like your soup.*If I don't have fresh lemons I will use bottle lemon juice; I make sure it is pure lemon juice with no added ingredient..Although orzo looks like grains of rice it is actually a type of noodle, so be careful not to overcook.
