Anyone else eat hot pockets as a kid? Which is better ham and cheese or pepperoni pizza? Well, today I made homemade ham and cheese hot pockets – some to fill the freezer and some for lunch!
The kids enjoyed them and then told me I need to make them more often! I agree they were delicious and healthier and once made, will be easy to take out of the freezer and pop in the oven to reheat.
For the bread dough I use my pizza dough recipe (it really is so versatile!)

Ham, cheese, sprinkled with garlic powder (I also added broccoli for those that like it). Oh the flavor combinations of possibilities to be able to fill your freezer with hot pockets!

Baked at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes!

If eating right away – warning- they are hot! If freezing, let cool on a cooling rack. Once cooled, move to a freezer gallon bag, get as much air out, seal, and move to tour freezer.
To cook from frozen; place on a cookie sheet approximately 30 minutes before reheating (approximately 30 minutes).
What’s your favorite hot pocket flavor?
