Another favorite I’ve talked about here before, but we still eat it regularly: Baked Oatmeal!

I think one of the reasons we still enjoy it, is because it is so easy to change up the flavor! I got the original recipe from MoneySavingMom.

Baked Oatmeal freezes amazing, but more often I make it up the night before and let it sit in the fridge and pop it into the oven in the morning!

It’s also one of my children’s favorite recipes to help with because we mix it by hand and they tend to play with their food 😉

And they enjoy choosing the flavor — today’s choice was dried blueberries, cranberries, and chocolate chip. (hint: I made a double batch – one for the freezer and one tomorrow’s breakfast!)
