February Challenge: Fill Your Freezer Update

These monthly challenges were created to help me actually achieve my Goals /New Years Resolutions for 2018. Fill Your Freezer helps me stay in our grocery budget, keeps us from the drive through, and as we all know, healthier! Not only am I teaching my kids to cook but I’m jumping in and learning things I’ve been too scared to try and finding new foods that we enjoy. Happy February! It’s a New Month which means a new challenge (read the beginning post HERE)! I decided this month is Fill Your Freezer February partly because the Holidays took over my normal kitchen/food routine, but also like a lot of people, I need to be better at our grocery spending. Waking up exhausted everyday became a normal feeling. I relied on coffee way too much – I even had a couple conversations with my sister, who had given up coffee for 12 whole weeks! and the benefits she felt from it.
